According to many sources, it has been revealed that many Samsung users have been complaining about the new model, Galaxy Note 20 Ultra. Apparently, hundreds of Samsung users are facing issues with the Camera settings. These reports were made on a community forum where hundreds of people expressed their concern for the brand new smartphone they’ve just bought. People are hopeful that these defective ordeals came from the first production batch on Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra. This would imply that the detects could be solved in the second production.

Since the production order has mostly come from South Korea, the local media reports claim that the official team of Samsung has acknowledged the problem. Along with that, they’ve also mentioned that condensation issues are not likely to come due to manufacturing problems. However, they take account of the problem and express their concern regarding the matter by reviewing user complaints.

However, Samsung has avoided the reports that claim a gap between the sides of the three housing cameras. That being said, Samsung is still looking forward to fixing the problem. This is in concern with shipping the defective ones before manufactured ones get shipped to other countries, except South Korea.

However, on the other hand, another problem related to the S-Pen has been reported. But, the problem is not as widespread and concerning to the majority of those who bought. This would also mean that the problem is likely related to a manufacturing fault.
