How to remove Huawei Keyboard Vibration
You have purchased a new smartphone Huawei and you feel very comfortable, except for one thing: the annoying vibration that is played every time you press a key on the keyboard or using the navigation bar (the one with the keys that is at the bottom of the screen). That vibration gives you enormous annoyance and you have not yet managed to find a way to deactivate it. Well, let me say you’re missing out on a glass of water!
Disabling the vibration of the keyboard and navigation bar is an operation that can be done in a few taps and without resorting to root or other advanced procedures: all you have to do is go to the Android settings, then those of the keyboard in use on the device and remove the check from one or two options. Turn off the keyboard vibration on Huawei
The procedure to remove the vibration from the Huawei keyboard is a disarming simplicity: all you need to do is go to the Android settings, select the keyboard you currently use on your device and disable the option to vibrate. Below you will find all the information you need to follow depending on the type of keyboard you are using.
Huawei Swype
If you use the default keyboard of Huawei, the Huawei Swype , you can disable the vibration of the keys by going to the Settings menu of your device (the gear icon located on the home screen) and moving first to Advanced Settings and then to Language and insertion .
Then select the item related to the Huawei Swype keyboard , tap the word Settings and, in the screen that opens, move the lever on the option to vibrate OFF when you press the keys .
Mission accomplished! Now try calling up the Huawei keyboard (in any application), press the buttons in the latter and no vibration should be played.
If you change your mind, you can go back to your steps at any time and then reactivate the vibration of the keys by going to the Settings> Advanced settings> Language and Android input , selecting the Huawei Swypekeyboard and turning ON the lever on the Vibra option when the keys are pressed . Comfortable, right?
SwiftKey
At the default keyboard of Huawei did you prefer the classic SwiftKey , on which it is based? No problem, you can disable the vibration of the keys by going to the menu Settings> Advanced Settings> Language and Android and insertingthe SwiftKey keyboard name from the latter (or choosing the keyboard icon from the list of apps installed on your device) .
In the screen that opens, tap on the Typing icon , then go to Sound and vibration and move the lever on the Use default Android vibration function to OFF . Et voila! Now try calling the keyboard in any app, press a few keys and you should not feel any vibration.
If you change your mind, know that you can get back on your feet by going to the SwiftKey keyboard settings and turning ON the lever on the Android Default Flip function .
Gboard
Do you use Gboard , the official Google keyboard, and you can not figure out how to turn off the vibration of the keys in the latter? Quiet, it’s a breeze!
All you have to do is go to the Settings menu of your Huawei smartphone (the gear icon located on the home screen), go to Advanced settings> Language and input and select the name of the Gboard keyboard from the screen that opens.
At this point, go to Preferences , move the lever on the button vibrationfunction (located at the bottom of the menu) to OFF and you’re done. Trying to call up the keyboard in any app and to type texts with it, in fact, no vibration should be reproduced.

If you have decided to rely on the Fleksy keyboard , you can disable the vibration of the keys simply by selecting the Fleksy icon from the main menu of your smartphone (the one in which there are icons of all the apps installed on the device), pressing the button? located at the top left and selecting the item Settingsfrom the menu that appears.
On the next screen, go to Sounds and Vibrate and uncheck the Vibrate Keypress and Vibrate Spacing options . If in addition to the vibration you also want to disable the sound reproduction, remove the check from the Sound inputoption .
Mission accomplished! Now you can freely type texts with the Fleksy keyboard without the hassle of vibrations and / or sounds. At least until you change your mind and decide to restore one or the other by returning to the Fleksy app settings.
Ai.type
Thanks to its flexibility and its many customizations, the ai.type keyboard has managed to conquer many users. If you are one of them and now you want to know how to remove the keys, proceed as follows: go to the Settings menu > Advanced settings> Language and input and select the free keyboard entry ai.typefrom the screen that opens (or select the ai.type icon from the list of apps installed on the smartphone).
Then presses the button? located at the top left, select the item Settings from the bar that appears on the side and move to the LOOK & FEEL tab . At this point, find the Enable key vibration option , tap on it, move the adjustment bar on the screen to OFF and press (√) to save the changes.
If you change your mind, you can go back to your steps by going to the ai.type settings menu, pressing the Enable vibration button and moving the adjustment bar that appears on the screen forward.
GO Keyboard
GO Keyboard is one of the most successful apps of the Play Store and so I think it is right to talk about it in this tutorial.
To turn off the vibration in the GO Keyboard, go to the Settings> Advanced settings> Language and input of your Huawei smartphone, select the GO Keyboard entry (or alternatively start the Go Keyboard app that you find in the home screen) and go on Sound and vibration .

It is almost useless to say: if you change your mind, you can reset the vibration and / or the keyboard sounds by going to the GO Keyboard menu and turning ON the relative levers.
Kika Keyboard
Another very popular keyboard on the Play Store is Kika Keyboard . If you have decided to use it on your device Huawei and now you want to know how to disable the vibrations that produces when you press the keys, go into the menu Settings> Advanced settings> Language and insert Android and select the voice Kika Keyboard from the screen that opens (or select the Kika icon from the list of apps installed on your smartphone).
At this point, select the Settings tab located at the bottom right, go to the Settings item and remove the check from the Key Vibration option . If in addition to the vibration you also want to remove the sound played by the keys, remove the check from the Sound key option .

Turn off the vibration of the navigation bar on Huawei

At this point, scroll the menu that has opened until you get to its end, find the option called Vibration to pressure and move the lever to OFF : in this way, the game should be done and the vibrations related to the bar navigation (and the Android unlock screen) should have been turned off.
